Inclusion is our way of life! All people, with or without disabilities are welcome and fully included in valued roles. We refer to staff as Mentors and our clients are Participants. Both engage in life-sharing activities and support each other. Our Day program allows all individuals to participate in the daily on-site activities and participate in the community to the best of their ability.

MEDICAID WAIVER: we operate as a home and community-based services program (HCBS) for youth and adults with developmental disabilities through Medicaid Waiver.

We provide different levels of support through Adult Day Health (ADH), Personal Assistance (PAB),

CLSI (1 to 1 ratio individual service hours), CLSG (1 to 3 ratio, group service hours) depending upon

the I.S.P. (Individual Service Plan) of each participant.
